I am almost halfway through my 6 month plan, and after 5+ years of consistent lower back pain, I feel like I am FINALLY getting some relief. Nice environment. Dr. Carol and staff are kind. Nurse Practitioner Bambi is very knowledgeable and she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well informed about my PRP injections. I have small veins and they veins didn’t want to plump up for the process. We tried and there was no success yet. But we talked, prayed, and she waited with me because I wanted to try once more. She gave me snacks and water then after about 15 minutes we got a vein! I had a great experience there and look forward to seeing what other things they can do to help me navigate my chronic pain.
Dr. Chance is amazing! Intuitive and spiritually healthy! He’s also an artist, which is groovy. Smith Chiropractor is flexible (🤣) with appointment times which works for ME! Thank you all for caring.
Just started a six month program bland am highly optimistic! Everyone in the office is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I was able to sit down and work out a payment plan for treatment and was explained all the treatments thoroughly. Looking forward to the end results!

More than just a chiropractor. I have been going to them for several years for chiropractic care due to working at a computer all day. Dr. Dale keeps my neck and spine in line so I can be pain free! They also offer laser treatments to help heal inflammation and weigh loss options. I just completed 3 laser treatments from pulling a muscle in my back. I healed so much faster. You won’t regret trying them out.
My son recommended me to see Dr. Chance because I have experience neck , shoulder and back pain. The staff is very polite and respectful. I am seeing Dr. Chance, who has great concern for his patients. Dr. Chance will go over and walk you through how the body should work from the inside out with the help of Chiropractic care. Only 2 visits so far and Dr. Chance has been a great help with the knowledge and experience he has. I recommend this team of doctors and staff because they welcome you and all of your concerns.
I did not have to wait long they got me straight back. Explained everything prior to doing the red light therapy. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

My boss encouraged me for more than a year to give Smith Chiropractic a try, because I had never been to a chiropractor before. I am so glad I did! Drs Smith have made it possible for me to walk without severe pain. As a side benefit my acid reflux is gone and have not had the flu in 8 years…with no vaccine.
