Dr. Dale attended the University of Arkansas for his undergraduate work. After his studies at the University of Arkansas he completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College.
Carol A. Wright-Smith

Dr. Carol attended Marycrest College and Scott Community college for her undergraduate work. She then completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1993.

Dr. Chance earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Anatomy and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and recognized as nominee of the Clinical Excellence Award.
